Alveolar Soft Part Sarcoma (ASPS) Dinding Dada pada Laki-Laki Usia Tua: Kasus Jarang

Pendahuluan: Alveolar soft part sarcoma (ASPS) adalah jenis sarkoma yang jarang terjadi dan mencapai <1% dari semua subtipe sarkoma jaringan lunak. Tumor ini jarang terjadi setelah usia 50 tahun dan dibawah 5 tahun, namun ASPS dapat terjadi pada usia berapa saja dengan insiden puncak pada rentang usia 15-35 tahun. Laporan Kasus: Kami melaporkan kasus seorang laki-laki berusia 58 tahun datang dengan keluhan benjolan di dada sejak 3 bulan sebelum masuk rumah sakit. Pasien tidak mengetahui adanya benjolan pada dada sebelumnya, benjolan disadari pasien saat mengeluhkan nyeri pada dada dalam 3 bulan ini. Pemeriksaan fisik regio toraks, tampak massa di regio sternum dengan konsistensi kenyal padat, batas tidak tegas, ukuran 6x5x1,5cm. Hasil CT-scan toraks di dapatkan kesan soft tissue tumor dinding dada dengan destruksi sternum. Hasil histopatologi adalah Alveolar Soft Part Sarcoma. Kesimpulan: Diagnosis ASPS harus didasarkan pada temuan klinis, radiologis dan histopatologis.References
