Abstract
Oral and dental health is an integral part of general health that is often neglected among communities with limited access to health information and services. Members of the Andam Dewi Women’s Social Rehabilitation Center represent a vulnerable group for oral health problems. This community service activity aimed to improve oral and dental health knowledge and awareness through the implementation of the School Oral Health Program. The activity was conducted in May 2025 at the Andam Dewi Social Rehabilitation Center, Gunung Talang District, Solok City, involving 50 participants. The methods included oral health education on harmful habits, toothbrushing instruction, and oral examinations using the DMFT and PUFA indices. The results showed high participant enthusiasm and improved understanding of the importance of maintaining oral and dental health. This activity is expected to enhance healthy behavior and support sustainable oral health programs in the rehabilitation center environment. Keywords: oral health, health education, community service
